Terms of service.

• A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking.

• The final balance is due one week before the event.

• Deposits are non-refundable but deposits can be held and booking can be re-arranged within a 12 month period

• In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your booking due to illness or an unforeseen emergency, you will receive a full refund of any payments made. As a gesture of goodwill, we will also provide a 10% discount on your next booking.

• Any cancellations must be made in writing.

• Changes to the booking are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

• Dietary requirements and final guest numbers must be confirmed one week prior to the event.
